ARDEX WPM 310 is a water-based, UV-stable liquid applied coating and waterproofing membrane designed for exposed external applications. It provides a flexible, semi-permeable or fully waterproof finish depending on applied film thickness, and is compliant with AS4654 for external membrane use.
It is typically used as a protective facade coating or as a waterproofing layer over compatible sheet membrane systems such as torch-on or Weldtec membranes. Common applications include building facades, parapets, and exposed concrete or masonry structures, particularly in coastal environments. It is not intended for trafficable areas and is best suited to vertical or low-wear horizontal surfaces requiring UV durability and long-term weather protection.
