H2O Trade Pricing
H2O Supplies supports approved waterproofers, tilers, builders and construction professionals with structured trade pricing that reflects an ongoing commercial relationship. The programme is designed to provide fair, product-appropriate pricing as your purchasing history with H2O develops.
How H2O Trade Pricing Works
Approved trade customers are classified as Bronze, Silver or Gold. These are trade pricing classifications, not fixed catalogue-wide discount percentages. The pricing available on an item can vary according to the product, supplier and commercial circumstances.
Silver Trade Pricing
Enhanced trade pricing for established customers who demonstrate consistent purchasing activity, an ongoing relationship with H2O and reasonable account conduct.
Gold Trade Pricing
Preferred trade pricing for higher-value or consistently active customers with an established commercial relationship. Purchasing volume, frequency, account activity, payment performance and the overall trading relationship may be considered.
Project & Volume Pricing
Project & Volume Pricing is a quotation pathway rather than a permanent fourth account tier. It may be available for large project orders, pallet quantities, bulk purchases, coordinated project supply and high-volume product-specific requirements.
Each request is assessed case by case with regard to:
- product and quantity
- supplier pricing and available commercial margin
- freight and supply conditions
- project timing and supply requirements
Bronze, Silver or Gold customers may all be considered for approved project-specific pricing where the order warrants it.
Trade Pricing Reviews
Trade pricing classifications are reviewed periodically. Purchasing activity, consistency, account history, payment performance and the overall trading relationship may be considered. A classification may be upgraded, maintained or adjusted as trading circumstances change.
Trade Pricing and Credit Terms
Trade pricing classification and credit or payment terms are assessed separately. Cash Trade, 7-Day and other approved credit arrangements are subject to separate account assessment. Gold pricing does not automatically include 30-Day terms.
Product-Specific Pricing
Trade pricing varies by product, supplier and commercial circumstances. Some products support a greater trade advantage than others, while selected products, promotions or project quotations may operate outside the standard tier structure.
Trade classifications, credit facilities and project quotations remain subject to H2O approval and may be reviewed as the trading relationship develops.
