H2O Supplies Pty Ltd offers a fast and convenient Click & Collect service for trade and retail customers. Place your order online and collect it from our warehouse once it’s ready — no waiting for delivery, and no freight costs.

2. How It Works

1. Place your order online – Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout.

2. Select “Click & Collect” as your delivery method.

3. Wait for your confirmation email – You’ll receive a message when your order is ready for pickup.

4. Collect your order – Visit our warehouse and present your order confirmation or invoice upon arrival.

Pickup is available Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 4:00 pm.

4. Collection Requirements
Please bring your order confirmation or tax invoice when collecting.
If someone is collecting on your behalf, ensure they have your order reference and business name.

5. Order Timeframes
Most orders are ready for collection within 2 business hours of confirmation.
For larger or special-order items, please allow extra time — our team will contact you if additional processing is required.
