H2O Supplies partners with selected builders to provide structured waterproofing consultancy, technical support, and supply alignment across projects. This model is built for builders who want confident waterproofing decisions early, responsive technical input during construction, and a reliable supply pathway through an established waterproofing specialist.

Partner builders receive access to preferred consultancy rates and a project-based credit incentive when waterproofing materials are supplied through H2O Supplies.

What Partner Builders Receive

Outcome-driven support designed to help partner builders:

  • Reduce waterproofing call-backs and rework

  • Get faster decisions at high-risk junctions and transitions

  • Improve scope clarity between trades before installation starts

  • Keep systems aligned to supplied products and detailing

Preferred consultancy rates for project support, which may include:

  • Project-specific waterproofing system recommendations

  • Detail review for high-risk junctions and transitions

  • Site visits at critical stages to reduce rework and uncertainty

  • Brief written advice or marked-up plan comments where required

  • Product scheduling and coordinated supply through H2O Supplies

This service is designed to give builders clear direction and reduce the risk of late-stage waterproofing surprises.

Supply-Aligned Incentives (Credit Options)

Partner builders may be eligible for a partial credit of consultancy fees against waterproofing supply invoices, where H2O Supplies is engaged as the preferred supplier for the project.

This creates a practical “double benefit”:

  • You receive structured technical support at a preferred rate

  • You retain commercial value through supply alignment and potential fee credits

Credit options are assessed per project and confirmed in writing before engagement.

Standards-Led Advice, Real-World Application

Our recommendations focus on systems that are appropriate, compliant, and buildable, with reference to relevant Australian Standards and good waterproofing practice for the intended environment (wet areas, external decks, planters, below-ground structures, etc.).

Insurance and Professional Structure

Consultancy services are provided under professional indemnity insurance and issued as advisory documentation to support clear decision-making and scope alignment.

Manufacturer Support and Authorised Supply Pathway

H2O Supplies supplies waterproofing materials through established manufacturer and authorised distribution channels. Where projects require higher-level technical confirmation, we can assist by facilitating manufacturer technical input on system selection and product suitability, subject to the manufacturer’s assessment and project requirements.

Any manufacturer warranty outcomes (where applicable) remain subject to:

  • Compliance with the manufacturer’s current system requirements

  • Correct preparation and installation by appropriately licensed trades

  • Verification processes and warranty terms set by the manufacturer

Manufacturer warranties remain between the manufacturer and installer (where offered), subject to their written terms.

Who This Partnership Is For

This partnership model suits builders who:

  • Deliver multiple projects per year and want consistent waterproofing direction

  • Prefer a specialist supplier who can support system selection and sequencing

  • Want to reduce defect exposure through early, documented decisions

  • Want supply alignment and commercial incentives without compromising compliance
