H2O Supplies supplies waterproofing materials through established manufacturer and authorised distribution channels. Where projects require higher-level technical confirmation, we can assist by facilitating manufacturer technical input on system selection and product suitability, subject to the manufacturer’s assessment and project requirements.

Any manufacturer warranty outcomes (where applicable) remain subject to:

  • Compliance with the manufacturer’s current system requirements

  • Correct preparation and installation by appropriately licensed trades

  • Verification processes and warranty terms set by the manufacturer

Manufacturer warranties remain between the manufacturer and installer (where offered), subject to their written terms.
