At H2O Supplies we support our trade customers with a transparent tiered pricing structure. Our discount levels are designed to reward loyalty, volume, and ongoing partnerships across waterproofing, tiling, and construction trades.

Below is an overview of how each tier works and what you can expect when you become a trade account holder.

🥉 Bronze Trade Pricing

Bronze is ideal for new trade customers and small to medium operators who are beginning to build their purchasing volume. Bronze members may access entry-level trade pricing across eligible products, typically within the 5–10% range, depending on product category and order volume, helping reduce everyday material costs as purchasing frequency increases.

🥈 Silver Trade Pricing

Silver is designed for established buyers who purchase consistently throughout the year. Silver members may access enhanced trade pricing across eligible products, typically within the 10–15% range, depending on product category and volume, making it well suited to trades relying on predictable pricing for ongoing work.

🥇 Gold Trade Pricing

Gold is our premium tier for high-volume trade partners who purchase frequently across multiple material categories. Gold members may access enhanced trade pricing across eligible products, typically within the 15–20% range, depending on product category and volume, making it well suited to contractors managing larger workloads or multiple jobs simultaneously.

💎 Diamond Trade Pricing (Pallet Pricing)

Diamond pricing is reserved for approved pallet, bulk, or project-specific purchases on selected products. Pricing is assessed case by case based on product type, quantity, bundling, and supply conditions.

This option is designed for large contractors and major works where forward planning, volume commitment, and coordinated supply are required. Diamond pricing is available by discussion and subject to approval.

How the Tier System Works

Your tier determines the automatic discount applied at checkout when you're logged in to your H2O Supplies trade account. Each discount level applies across the full product range, with higher percentages offered on selected eligible products. Diamond pricing is reserved for pallet-volume buyers and is only available on approved bulk products.
