  • Remove loose material, coatings, curing agents, oil, grease and other bond-breaking contamination. Grind cracks, joints and holes to a minimum 20 mm width and depth, increasing to 40 mm for high-volume leaks. Square-cut or dovetail the opening; do not form a V profile. Form a stiff putty, hold in a gloved hand until slight warmth is felt, then press firmly into the opening against the water flow and hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute. After set, moist cure for approximately 15 minutes. Once flow has stopped, complete the detail with ACTFLEX FLEXIPLUG where specified and overcoat with ACTFLEX 988 CWP or the nominated FORSPEC membrane system.
