ARDEX STB Tape is a self-adhesive butyl sealing tape designed for waterproofing detailing and bond-breaker applications within ARDEX membrane systems. The tape provides a watertight seal around drains, penetrations, joints, and junctions prior to the installation of liquid or sheet waterproofing membranes.

The tape features a flexible butyl adhesive backing and a polypropylene fleece surface which allows strong adhesion to substrates while providing an optimal surface for subsequent ARDEX membranes to bond to. Its malleable design allows it to easily conform to complex shapes and detailing areas commonly encountered in waterproofing installations.

ARDEX STB Tape is commonly used in conjunction with ARDEX liquid applied membranes and WeldTec sheet membranes for waterproofing transitions, terminations, and movement detailing.
