ARDEX WA 98 is a high-performance solvent-based contact adhesive designed specifically for bonding ARDEX sheet waterproofing membranes to prepared substrates. It provides strong adhesion to common construction materials and is commonly used when installing ARDEX Weldtec, Butynol and WPM sheet membrane systems.
The adhesive can be applied by brush, roller or spray and offers an extended tack time, making it suitable for larger areas where installers require more working time when positioning sheet membranes. It is typically used on substrates such as concrete, screeds, masonry, fibre cement sheeting and timber when installing sheet membrane waterproofing systems.
