  • Suitable for concrete and masonry injection work
  • 1. Identify and map the crack, joint or water ingress pathway.
  • 2. Drill injection holes at the specified angle, spacing and depth to intercept the target pathway.
  • 3. Clean drill holes thoroughly.
  • 4. Insert the selected mechanical packer.
  • 5. Tighten sufficiently to achieve a secure mechanical seal without damaging the substrate.
  • 6. Connect a compatible injection pump coupler.
  • 7. Inject the nominated resin under controlled pressure.
  • 8. Monitor adjacent packers and surrounding substrate for resin travel, leakage or distress.
  • 9. Progress sequentially through the injection points.
  • 10. Remove packers after curing where required.
  • 11. Reinstate injection holes using a suitable repair material.
  • Determine drilling angle, spacing, depth and injection pressure from the substrate condition, crack geometry and injection system. Follow the selected resin manufacturer's application and curing instructions.
