Application Guide
- 1. Ensure the substrate is sound, dry, clean and correctly prepared.
- 2. Mechanically prepare concrete and remove rust and contaminants from metal.
- 3. Complete a trial-area adhesion and colour-suitability test.
- 4. Prime concrete with Barricade PU-NS Primer and allow at least 24 hours to cure.
- 5. Mix Part A thoroughly, add all Part B and mix at no more than 750 rpm without entraining air. Do not thin.
- 6. Apply a mist coat of mixed material and allow it to dry.
- 7. Apply the first full coat by brush, short-nap roller or airless spray.
- 8. Apply the second coat within the 3-24 hour recoating window.
- 9. Allow 7 days for full cure.
