EPOCOTE F100W Clear is a two-part, water-based epoxy primer and sealer formulated for use on concrete, masonry, and damp or green substrates. It provides excellent adhesion and chemical resistance, forming a strong bond layer beneath polyurethane and other waterproofing membranes.
This low-odour, solvent-free epoxy is ideal for use as a primer on new or existing surfaces, or as a clear sealer to prevent efflorescence and calcium leaching through tiles and step risers. It can be applied to both dry and damp concrete, offering reliable performance where moisture tolerance is essential.
EPOCOTE F100W Clear is easy to mix and apply by brush or roller, cures quickly, and delivers a durable, moisture-resistant finish with very low VOC content.
