- Designed for FORSPEC 906 WPU and 989 CWP internal membrane systems
- Apply by brush, roller or airless spray
- Tack-free in 1–2 hours at 25 °C and 50% RH
- Water clean-up while wet
Application Guide
- Ensure the substrate is sound, clean, dry and free from laitance, dust, oil, paint and bond breakers
- Mechanically remove loose or friable material and repair cracks or defects before priming
- Mechanically stir for 2–3 minutes at 300–500 RPM, incorporating settled material without aerating the product
- Apply an even, continuous film by brush, roller or airless spray at 80–120 microns WFT
- Avoid puddling or over-application and fully cover edges, junctions and internal transitions
- Allow the primer to dry fully before applying the waterproofing membrane; tack-free time is 1–2 hours at 25 °C and 50% RH
- Overcoat within 24 hours; if exceeded, lightly abrade and reapply ACTFLEX 200
- Apply only between +5 °C and +35 °C, with substrate moisture not exceeding 4.5% and RH not exceeding 80%
- Internal use only; not suitable for continuous hydrostatic pressure, particleboard, yellow tongue or untreated timber
