ACTFLEX™ 700 PU Primer is a single-pack, high-build, moisture-curing polyurethane primer formulated to maximise adhesion between Forspec Protective Coatings’ solvent-based waterproofing membranes and joint sealants.
This fast-drying, translucent primer provides a durable bond to a wide range of substrates including new and aged concrete, render, masonry, timber, and CFC sheeting. It enhances compatibility and bonding strength for solvent-based polyurethane membranes, ensuring long-term adhesion in demanding waterproofing applications.
Ideal for both roller and brush application, ACTFLEX 700 PU Primer delivers rapid cure times and strong surface penetration, making it a preferred choice for professional waterproofing contractors who require reliable primer performance before membrane or sealant installation.
