Forspec ACTFLEX EP 250 is a two-component water-based epoxy moisture barrier designed for negative-side waterproofing, rising damp control, and hydrostatic pressure areas up to 250kPa. Suitable for concrete, masonry, green concrete, and damp substrates, it acts as both a primer and moisture sealer while improving adhesion for subsequent membranes, screeds, and coatings. AS4020 certified for potable water contact, low VOC, easy water clean-up, and available in 4L and 20L kits for residential or commercial use.
