EMPTY DOM REMOVE PROTECTOR
Forspec PROBOND 1100PS is a high-strength, two-component epoxy paste supplied in a 600 mL 1:1 dual cartridge for rigid structural bonding and repair. Its non-sag, high-viscosity consistency suits vertical and horizontal
  • Provides 55.2 MPa compressive strength and 29.02 MPa tensile strength.
  • Ready-proportioned 1:1 dual cartridge for controlled dispensing.
  • Non-sag paste supports horizontal and vertical repairs.
  • Bonds freshly mixed concrete to sound hardened concrete
  • Fills prepared static cracks and voids from 3–20 mm wide
  • Suitable for anchoring, small concrete patches and selected Forspec sheet-membrane terminations
  • Low 0.2% shrinkage on cure
  • TDS states compliance with AS/NZS 4020 after curing
  • Not suitable for cracks subject to movement
  • 1. Confirm the repair requires a rigid structural epoxy. Do not use PROBOND 1100PS on cracks subject to movement.
  • 2. Allow new concrete to cure for at least 28 days. Remove dust, laitance, curing compounds, oils, grease, sealers, coatings and weak material.
  • 3. Rough-grind, scarify, bush-hammer or otherwise mechanically profile smooth surfaces, then vacuum clean. All bonding surfaces must be sound, dry and contaminant-free.
  • 4. Remove the cartridge cap and plugs, seat the 600 mL cartridge securely in the Forspec Heavy Duty Dual-Cartridge Gun, then dispense into a waste container until both components flow evenly.
  • 5. Fit the static mixing nozzle securely and purge a small quantity until the mixture is uniform. Apply immediately while workable.
  • 6. For static cracks and voids, inject or gravity-feed the mixed adhesive into prepared openings from 3–20 mm wide. Fill larger voids in layers to limit trapped air and heat build-up.
  • 7. For small patches, press the epoxy into the prepared repair, slightly overfill and trowel flush. Do not use for large or deep-volume repairs.
  • 8. For anchoring, partially fill the prepared hole, insert the bolt or dowel with a slow twisting motion, remove excess and leave undisturbed until cured.
  • 9. For selected Forspec sheet-membrane terminations, prepare the reglet, install the membrane to its current TDS, fill the termination and trowel flush.
  • 10. Protect the repair from movement, loading, traffic, grinding, overcoating and flood testing until fully cured. Cure varies with temperature; verify the current TDS before use.
  • 11. Clean uncured residue from tools with a mild solvent. Cured epoxy requires mechanical removal.
