Gripset 38FC is a high-performance, fast-curing waterproofing membrane designed for both internal and external applications. This fibre-reinforced SBR latex membrane cures rapidly to form a durable, flexible, and seamless waterproof barrier, even in low temperatures or damp conditions. Ideal for areas requiring early top-coating or tiling, it provides strong crack-bridging properties and excellent resistance to re-emulsification.

• Fast-drying formula allows early overcoating or tiling
• Flexible and fibre-reinforced for superior crack-bridging
• Excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates
• Water-based and low VOC – safe for enclosed spaces
• Resistant to re-emulsification and UV exposure
