Gripset 51 – Bitumen Rubber Waterproofing Membrane

Gripset 51 is a solvent-free bitumen rubber waterproofing membrane formulated for underground and external applications. It provides outstanding adhesion to a variety of common building surfaces and forms a tough, flexible, and seamless waterproofing barrier once cured.

This membrane is ideal for retaining walls, planter boxes, external basements, and other below-ground structures where a durable and economical waterproofing solution is required. It also acts as a protective coating over metal and timber surfaces, providing resistance to corrosion, rot, and salt damp.

Gripset 51 is easy to apply by brush or roller and can be used with cement to create waterproof mortars for high-build or patching applications.
