H2O Guard 290 is a professional-grade, water-based silane-siloxane sealer designed to protect porous substrates against water and salt damage. This invisible treatment penetrates deeply into brick, blockwork, concrete, and stone, forming a breathable hydrophobic lining that repels moisture while allowing full vapour transmission.

Ideal for extending the lifespan of homes, buildings, and external structures, H2O Guard 290 reduces efflorescence, damp, and surface decay without altering the natural appearance of the substrate. Trusted by builders, waterproofers, and remedial specialists, it delivers long-term performance in Australia’s harsh conditions.

• Coverage: 0.5 – 3 m² per kg (depending on substrate porosity)
• Application Temperature: 5°C – 45°C
• Drying Time: Tack-free in approx. 120 minutes, hard dry in 240 minutes
• Shelf Life: Up to 12 months (unopened containers, stored correctly)
• Packaging: 20L and 5L container drums
