Hyperseal BR-2510N is a high-performance hydrophilic butyl rubber waterstop designed for in-situ concrete applications. It swells upon contact with water to form a durable, watertight compression seal that prevents water ingress through static or low-movement construction joints and penetrations.

This flexible strip expands gradually when exposed to moisture, creating a long-lasting seal even under continuous wet and dry cycles. Reinforced with a stainless steel mesh for added strength, Hyperseal BR-2510N is easy to install and conforms to irregular surfaces, making it ideal for both new and remedial works.
