HYDRO BAN is a thin, load-bearing liquid waterproofing and crack isolation membrane by LATICRETE. This single-component, self-curing rubber polymer forms a seamless, flexible, and highly extensible film that bonds directly to most common building substrates.
It requires no reinforcing fabric in the field, coves, or corners, saving significant installation time while maintaining compliance with AS/NZS 4858 and AS 4654.1. Once applied, the membrane changes colour from light sage to olive green to indicate drying and coverage uniformity.
HYDRO BAN is suitable for immersed installations, internal wet areas, and external above-ground applications, including swimming pools, balconies, terraces, bathrooms, and podiums. It delivers long-lasting waterproofing performance with rapid drying and excellent crack-bridging ability.
