Mapeband TPE 170 – Expansion Joint Tape

Mapeband™ TPE is a thermoplastic elastomeric tape designed for flexible sealing and waterproofing of expansion joints and cracks subject to movement. It provides a long-lasting, watertight barrier across joints in concrete and masonry structures, maintaining performance under movement, vibration, and environmental stress — whether installed horizontally or vertically.

Available in 170 mm and 325 mm widths, Mapeband TPE is bonded using Adesilex PG4 epoxy adhesive and reinforced with polyester fabric along each side for strong adhesion. Ideal for use in tunnels, basins, façades, retaining walls, and other hydraulic or civil applications where permanent joint flexibility is critical.
