Mapecoat TNS Extreme is engineered for professional sports and recreational surfacing, where a smoother finish, strong abrasion resistance, and long-term colour stability are required. Its two-component chemistry delivers a tighter, more refined surface that suits high-traffic courts, multi-sport areas, cycleways, and commercial outdoor zones where consistent playability and durability matter.
This is a two-component system: Part B is the coloured acrylic coating supplied in a 16 kg drum, while Part A is the crosslinking additive that enhances durability and chemical resistance. Both components are required and must be mixed together to create the complete TNS Extreme system.
Suitable for application over asphalt or concrete substrates, the system cures to a UV-stable, weather-resistant finish engineered to withstand repeated play, wheel traffic, and exposure.
