Mapei Planicrete SP – Latex Mortar & Screed Additive

Mapei Planicrete SP is a multipurpose synthetic rubber latex additive designed to improve the performance of cement-based mortars, screeds, and adhesives. When mixed with cement and sand, it enhances bonding strength, flexibility, and resistance to water absorption, shock, and temperature variation.

It is ideal for preparing high-performance screeds, cement renders, and bonding slurries, as well as for producing strong cement-mortar adhesives for tile fixing. Planicrete SP significantly improves the adhesion and mechanical strength of traditional mixes, ensuring long-term durability and resistance to weathering, freeze–thaw cycles, and mild chemical exposure.

Planicrete SP is not a waterproof membrane but a cement additive that strengthens, seals, and stabilises cementitious compositions — making it essential for professional substrate preparation.
