Mapei™ Primer 3296 is a water-based acrylic primer designed to consolidate and strengthen weak, dusty, or crumbling surfaces. It improves surface cohesion and acts as an adhesion promoter before applying self-levelling compounds, waterproofing membranes, or structural strengthening systems.
This deep-penetrating primer enhances the surface integrity of cement render, masonry, tuff, sandstone, and cementitious screeds. It is suitable for both internal and external use and can be diluted depending on the substrate condition. Once applied, Primer 3296 reduces dust, increases substrate strength, and improves the bonding performance of subsequent coatings and waterproofing systems.
