Mapelastic Foundation is a two-component, flexible cementitious membrane formulated for waterproofing concrete and masonry structures. It provides durable protection against both positive and negative hydrostatic pressure, making it ideal for retaining walls, basements, foundations, and below-ground applications.
When applied in two coats, Mapelastic Foundation forms a seamless, crack-bridging waterproof barrier that resists aggressive groundwater and protects concrete against carbon dioxide and chloride attack. Compatible with most primers and coatings, it offers strong adhesion to properly prepared concrete, render, and masonry substrates.
