Mapeproof Swell – Hydrophilic Waterstop Sealant

Mapeproof Swell is a single-component, hydro-expansive sealant designed for waterproofing concrete joints, penetrations, and cracks exposed to water ingress. It forms a flexible, watertight seal that expands on contact with water, preventing leaks in critical areas such as retaining walls, basements, tanks, and pipe penetrations.

Supplied in easy-to-use cartridges, Mapeproof Swell bonds strongly to damp or uneven concrete surfaces and remains stable under hydrostatic pressure when properly confined. Once cured, it expands in all directions within the joint, creating a durable waterproof barrier for both new builds and remedial works.
