Peneplug is a rapid-setting cementitious plugging mortar designed to instantly stop active water leaks in concrete and masonry structures. The material reacts quickly when mixed with water, allowing it to be forced into leaking cracks, joints or voids where it sets within seconds to block water ingress.

This type of hydraulic water plug is commonly used during basement waterproofing repairs, lift pits, tunnels, retaining walls and water tanks where hydrostatic pressure is present. Once the active leak has been stopped, the repair area is typically finished with a repair mortar and waterproofing system to restore the structure’s integrity.
