Seal Coat SF150 Cementitious Waterproofing Membrane

Seal Coat SF150 is a two-component polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing coating designed for flexible surface waterproofing of concrete structures. The system combines a cementitious powder with a polymer emulsion to create a highly elastic waterproofing membrane capable of accommodating substrate movement and temperature variation.

The coating is commonly used for balconies, terraces, water tanks, fountains and concrete walls subjected to positive or negative hydrostatic pressure. Its flexible formulation provides strong adhesion to properly prepared concrete surfaces while allowing vapour permeability so the substrate can breathe. Seal Coat SF150 is suitable for installations that require crack-bridging performance and durable waterproofing under changing environmental conditions.
