Topcem Pronto AU is a pre-blended, ready-to-use screed mortar with normal setting and controlled shrinkage, designed for rapid-drying screeds where floor coverings must be installed quickly. It is based on a special hydraulic binder and graded aggregates, ensuring consistent performance and eliminating the need for on-site mixing errors.
Ideal for both internal and external screeds, it provides a dense, durable surface suitable for all types of flooring installations, including tile, vinyl, timber, and carpet. Floors made with Topcem Pronto AU are trafficable within 12 hours and completely dry in just 4 days, allowing for fast project turnaround and minimal downtime.
Its stable formulation also makes it ideal for heated screeds, high-traffic commercial areas, and projects requiring reliable drying and dimensional stability.
