Tremco TREMstop Hydro Mastic is a one-component, solvent-free polyurethane sealing compound that swells on contact with water. It is designed to seal flat or uneven construction joints, prefabricated concrete joints

  • Prepare sound concrete that has been water-cured and reached at least 20 MPa compressive strength. Remove contaminants and loose debris, repair major imperfections and trowel the installation area smooth. Apply TREMstop Hydro Mastic as an uninterrupted bead at least 10 mm wide and 10 mm high, centred in the joint or prefabricated element. Maintain at least 70 mm concrete cover; in fresh concrete, provide at least 70 mm cover on both sides. Do not apply in standing water or rain.
