UNISIL SMP-30 is a high-performance, low modulus joint sealant and adhesive designed for flexible bonding and sealing across construction, industrial, and automotive applications. Formulated free of isocyanates and solvents, it delivers excellent adhesion to concrete, aluminium, fibreglass, timber, and most common building materials, providing a durable, weather-resistant joint finish.

It’s also ideal for window frame installations, facade joints, and perimeter sealing, offering UV stability and a paintable finish for clean, long-lasting results in exposed or sunlit environments.

With ±25% movement capability, non-sag consistency, and low odour, UNISIL SMP-30 ensures clean, long-lasting results in both vertical and horizontal joints. It is suitable for use on precast panels, blockwork, facades, metal joints, and vehicle body panels, offering superior flexibility and performance in all climates.
