Gripset Xpress Primer H2O Plus is a one-component vapour barrier primer designed to prevent membrane blistering and delamination caused by residual moisture in concrete and screeds. It forms a moisture-blocking barrier that allows waterproofing membranes and coatings to be applied to damp or green concrete without risk of failure.
This fast-drying primer features a unique colour-changing formula — turning from milky white to clear once dry — and enhances adhesion of overlaid finishes without altering the surface profile. It can also reduce efflorescence when used over screeds or renders, and is suitable for use beneath Gripset membranes in both residential and commercial projects.
