Delivery Terms & Conditions
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across Brisbane Metro and surrounding areas.
Free delivery applies to orders over $200 (ex. GST) within the Brisbane Metro region.
Deliveries outside this area will incur a freight fee calculated at checkout or quoted separately prior to dispatch.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders placed before 12:00 pm are typically dispatched the same business day, subject to stock availability.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and courier network schedules.
Standard delivery is via Australia Post / StarTrack. H2O Supplies reserves the right to use alternative carriers where appropriate.
3. Heavy & Bulky Items
Some items—such as waterproofing membranes, epoxy kits, or 20L drums—are classified as heavy freight.
These products may require palletised delivery or manual handling equipment on-site.
Customers must ensure a safe and accessible delivery point for these items. Additional charges may apply for tailgate, crane, or hand unload services.
4. Dangerous Goods
Certain waterproofing and construction products may be classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) under Australian transport regulations.
Such items cannot be shipped via air or to PO boxes and may require extended delivery times.
H2O Supplies follows all DG handling protocols as required under QLD and national transport laws.
5. Risk & Responsibility
All goods are carefully packed prior to dispatch.
Once the goods leave our warehouse and are collected by the courier, risk transfers to the purchaser.
In the event of loss or damage in transit, H2O Supplies will assist in lodging claims with the carrier but accepts no liability for delays or third-party handling errors.
6. Delivery Access & Acceptance
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery during business hours.
If no one is available, the courier may leave a card or re-deliver at a later date (additional charges may apply).
Authority to leave (ATL) can be provided at checkout, but this transfers all responsibility for the goods once delivered.
7. Backorders & Split Shipments
If an order includes out-of-stock items, H2O Supplies may dispatch available items first and deliver the remainder when stock arrives. Customers will be notified of any delays.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Details
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. H2O Supplies is not liable for costs or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

No. H2O Supplies sells to both trade and non-trade customers. Trade accounts offer access to discounted pricing and are available to eligible builders, waterproofers, tilers, and contractors, subject to approval.

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other secure checkout options shown at checkout. Approved trade accounts may also be eligible for account-based purchasing.
Shipping & Click & Collect
We are located at 1/209 Robinson Rd E, Geebung QLD 4034, QLD, and supply Australia-wide. Customers outside Brisbane can order online for delivery to site or depot.
Yes. We deliver to residential, commercial, and construction sites across Australia. Delivery options and costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and location.
Delivery timeframes vary based on product type, order size, and location. Most stocked items ship within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Yes. Click & Collect is available from our Geebung warehouse during business hours. You’ll receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.

Yes. We supply waterproofing products used across new construction and remedial applications, including membranes, primers, sealants, and preparation materials. Product suitability must always be confirmed for the specific application.

Many products we supply are manufactured and tested to meet relevant Australian Standards when used as part of a compliant system and installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Suitability and compliance must always be confirmed for the specific application.

Site-specific waterproofing advice, independent assessments, and rectification guidance are provided only through a formal consultancy engagement. These services are advisory in nature and may include site inspections, reporting, and recommended remedial approaches.
H2O Supplies does not undertake installation, certification, or contracting works.
Waterproofing consultancy services are available through a formal engagement only. This typically includes independent site inspections, diagnostic assessments, and advisory recommendations for appropriate waterproofing systems or remedial approaches.

No. H2O Supplies does not provide waterproofing design certification, Form 15s, or installation sign-off. These services must be provided by appropriately licensed and engaged professionals.
Returns & Warranties
Returns are assessed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Due to the nature of waterproofing products, unused and unopened items may be eligible for return, subject to approval.
Returns for incorrectly ordered or excess items may be considered if the product is unused, unopened, and in original condition. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee and return freight costs.
All returns are assessed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and are subject to approval.
Product warranties, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to correct storage, preparation, and installation. H2O Supplies does not provide installation warranties.
