The Innovative Tools 230mm FC Sheeting Puddle Flange Recess Kit is a grinder-mounted tool for forming a controlled recess around 230mm PVC puddle flanges in compressed fibre cement flooring.

The kit combines a 230mm diamond-segmented recess disc with an integrated 150mm diamond-tip hole saw and a custom 280mm dust shroud for connection to suitable extraction equipment. It fits standard 230mm (9 inch) angle grinders with an M14 thread and uses a 14mm pre-drilled pilot hole to centre the cutting assembly.

It is intended for professional installation in internal and external wet-area FC sheet floors where a puddle flange must be set flush with or below the adjacent substrate to support effective membrane drainage. Use only on FC sheeting and always operate with the supplied dust guard, suitable extraction and required PPE.

Kit inclusions: 230mm recess disc with integrated 150mm hole saw and 280mm vacuum dust shroud. Grinder, vacuum and puddle flange are shown for context and are not included.
