Actnow 100mm Rubber Puddle Flange is a flexible neoprene drainage flange designed to connect a 100mm PVC drainage outlet with the waterproofing membrane. It is suitable for internal and external
  • Flexible neoprene rubber moulds around the 100mm PVC drainage pipe.
  • The integrated base provides a temporary drainage seal for wet-area flood testing.
  • Provides a defined membrane termination between the concrete floor and PVC outlet.
  • Temporary flood-testing seal released by slicing the flange base

  • Compatible with most waterproofing membranes, joint sealants and MS bond breakers
  • 1. Allow new concrete to cure for at least 28 days as stated in the TDS.
  • 2. Cut the 100mm PVC floor-waste pipe level and flush with the slab surface.
  • 3. Remove laitance, dirt, dust and contamination, then ensure the substrate is sound, clean and dry.
  • 4. Solvent-wipe the rubber flange and prime the prepared substrate with a compatible primer.
  • 5. Prime the internal PVC pipe wall with ACTFLEX Super Bond 007 or an approved PVC bonding agent and allow it to dry.
  • 6. Apply ACTFLEX 75FC or V-Tech MS at the flange-to-substrate transition and press the flange into place.
  • 7. Ensure joint sealant extrudes at least 10mm beyond the flange edge at all points, tool off excess and allow it to cure.
  • 8. Apply the waterproofing membrane over the flange and at least 50mm down the internal flange wall.
  • 9. Keep the flange clear of bond breakers and wall junctions, and provide positive falls to the outlet.

  • Storage: Above ground in cool, dry, ventilated conditions at 10-26°C and 50% RH, away from sunlight
