  • 2. Insert a compatible 600ml foil sausage and seat it correctly at both ends.
  • 3. Cut the sausage tip, fit the nozzle and securely refit the cap.
  • 4. Purge the applicator before starting the joint.
  • 5. Dispense with steady pressure and rotate the barrel as required to keep the nozzle aligned with the joint.
  • 6. Remove uncured residue from the barrel, nozzle path, rod and moving parts immediately after use.
  • 7. Lubricate the rod and moving components where required before storage.
