Adheseal Type 5 is a heavy-duty manual sausage gun designed for dispensing high-viscosity polyurethane, hybrid and compatible construction sealants from 600ml foil packs. Its high mechanical leverage and soft-action trigger

  • Accepts standard 600ml foil sausage packs for trade joint-sealing work.
  • TPR rubber grips improve handling during repetitive application.

  • Soft-action trigger supports controlled bead placement.
  • Converts to bulk loading with the separate Bulk Loading Plunger Kit.
  • Suitable for repetitive internal and external trade applications, subject to sealant suitability.
  • 1. Confirm the sealant is supplied in a compatible 600ml foil pack and is suitable for the joint and substrate.
  • 2. Retract the plunger and remove the barrel cap.
  • 3. Insert the sausage pack, cut the pack end and refit the cap and nozzle.
  • 4. Cut the nozzle to the required bead width.
  • 5. Apply steady trigger pressure while keeping the nozzle aligned with the joint.
  • 6. Release pressure at the end of the bead and tool the sealant as required by its product instructions.
  • 7. Remove uncured residue and clean the barrel, plunger and nozzle path after use.
