The CY-1000 is a compact high-pressure injection pump for pumping polyurethane foam and suitable epoxy injection resins into cracks and voids in concrete and masonry. Designed for remedial waterproofing and concrete repair, it combines a fluid hopper, pressure gauge, high-pressure hose, injection lance and dead-man switch in a portable 6 kg assembly.Recommended operating pressure is 30–50 MPa with a maximum flow rate of 400 cc/min. Correct resin compatibility, packer selection, cleaning and pressure control are essential for safe operation.
