Duram Resiflex Hybrid is a low-modulus, single-component moisture-cure polyurethane hybrid sealant for sealing and waterproofing construction joints. It is designed for control joints, precast concrete panel joints, gaps, corners, penetrations

  • Applied from a standard 600mL sausage applicator gun
  • Prepare only sound, stable and dry surfaces. Confirm adhesion and prime where required. Install friction-fitted backer rod or bond-breaker tape, then extrude the sealant without trapping air. Fill the joint completely at a 2:1 width-to-depth ratio and tool immediately, preferably dry. At 24°C and 50% relative humidity, allow for a 45-minute skin time, 4–6 hours tack-free time and approximately 2.5mm cure per day.
