Forspec LEVELX is a high-flow, polymer-modified cementitious compound for smoothing and levelling prepared internal floors from 1.5 mm to 100 mm in a single application. It is suitable over sound concrete, screeds and saturated-surface-dry damp substrates when used with the appropriate Forspec primer.

Once cured, it provides a smooth base for vinyl, carpet, timber, tiles, epoxy coatings or waterproofing membranes. The material may be pump or hand mixed and is walkable after approximately 2 hours at 23°C. In wet or external areas, a compliant waterproofing membrane must be installed over cured LEVELX before the final finish.

Deep static fills, ramps and falls when extended with the aggregate specified in the TDS.
