GALAXIE PU Flex is a hydrophobic polyurethane injection grout system designed for the permanent sealing of active water leaks in concrete and masonry structures. The low-viscosity resin reacts in the presence of moisture, expanding to form a semi-flexible, hydrophobic polyurethane that cuts off water ingress under high hydrostatic pressure.
This product is a two-part injection system consisting of Part A (PU Resin) and Part B (Catalyst). Both components must be used together to initiate and control the reaction. The catalyst dosage allows reaction times to be adjusted on site to suit varying leak conditions, temperatures, and water flow rates. The cured resin remains semi-flexible and chemically resistant, making it suitable for long-term remedial waterproofing and ground stabilisation works.
IMPORTANT:
Part A and Part B must be purchased and used together. The system will not function without the catalyst.
