Application Guide
- 1. Confirm that the base product is a compatible neutral Mapefloor or Mapecoat resin product and check its current TDS.
- 2. Select the specified RAL shade and confirm the batch quantity required for the complete work area.
- 3. For neutral Mapecoat I 24, use 0.7 kg per 5 kg kit or 1.4 kg, equivalent to two drums, per 15 kg kit.
- 4. Prepare the compatible resin product in the sequence required by its TDS.
- 5. Add the full specified quantity of Mapecolor Paste during preparation and mix thoroughly until the colour is uniform.
- 6. Do not add Mapecolor Paste to ready-coloured Mapecoat I 24.
- 7. Apply and cure the coloured resin system strictly in accordance with the base product TDS.
- 8. Maintain consistent pigment dosage and batch control across adjoining areas to reduce visible colour variation.
