  • Apply by brush, roller or spray.
  • UV resistant and maintains the natural appearance of the treated surface.
  • Helps reduce water staining, efflorescence, mould, algae and freeze-thaw damage.
  • 1. Ensure the substrate is porous, dry and free from contamination.
  • 2. Remove grease, oil and other penetrated foreign matter with an appropriate cleaner, then allow the surface to dry thoroughly.
  • 3. For optimum performance, treat the surface with PENESEAL PRO first in accordance with its current data sheet.
  • 4. Test HydroGuard on a small inconspicuous area, as excessive application may slightly alter the surface colour.
  • 5. Shake well and apply undiluted by brush, roller or spray in one liberal saturation coat.
  • 6. On walls, apply from the bottom up. On floors, maintain a mirror-wet appearance without allowing ponding.
  • 7. Protect from water for at least 72 hours. Clean equipment with water.
  • Clear, water-based surface water repellent supplied ready to use. Apply one saturation coat to a dry substrate at 15–35 m² per US gallon, subject to surface porosity and absorption.
