Overview & Features
- 150mm variant includes a 100mm wheel bearing to locate in the PVC outlet
- Must be used with the dust collecting wheel guard and auto-clean vacuum
- Supplied as a replacement or spare disc assembly
Application Guide
- 1. Switch off and unplug the grinder before fitting components.
- 2. Inspect the dust collecting wheel guard and do not use it if damaged, cracked or deformed.
- 3. Fit and secure the dust collecting wheel guard in accordance with the manufacturer instructions.
- 4. Turn the recess disc clockwise onto the grinder locking thread and confirm secure attachment.
- 5. Connect an auto-clean vacuum to the dust shroud and check operation.
- 6. Locate the disc's wheel bearing in the 100mm PVC drainage outlet.
- 7. Start the grinder without applying excessive pressure, then increase pressure gradually while continuously checking recess depth.
- 8. Switch off and unplug the grinder before removal; use the spindle lock and a 22mm open-end wrench as instructed.
